Some won't like what's published on this website.  We may even upset a few politicians or power brokers, but we'll try to get you the straight facts about current issues.  Editorials and guest writers are welcome.  You'll get some editorial spin throughout, but the facts provided will allow you to form your own opinions.  Some pages are informational only.  Check the "Current Edition" and "County Government" pages for periodic stories.

We will print anything appropriate (nothing libelous, vulgar or outrageous) which is sent by email to venangopolitics@yahoo.com.  You must provide your name, telephone number and content you wish published no later than midnight each Tuesday to be considered for the next day's publication.  We may publish an extra article in between scheduled publication dates.

We're not just trying to make a lot of noise -

but we are trying to generate some debate and discussions
about local and regional issues!

Here is a general question you can ask yourself...

"Am I better off today than I was
four years ago?"

The goal here is to achieve more openness and communication among the citizens of Venango County about their elected and appointed government officials.

There's an information page on this website so you know the identity of your elected government official(s) and how to contact them.    Remember, these officials work for YOU.  It's up to you to ask questions and become informed.

Editorials and news updates will be published on this website every Wednesday by 6:00 P.M.  Feel free to bookmark this site and check it daily for news updates.   Follow us on Facebook.  If you "opted in", you may receive periodic emails alerting you to a new article or information.
